Hex

This is a solitaire game inspired by 3Blue1Brown's video Five puzzles for thinking outside the box. The game presents two diagrams of a pile of cubes.

Clicking at the corner of a cube where 3 trapezoids come together will add or remove a cube.

The goal is to make the two diagrams match in as few moves as possible. The counter shows how many more steps you need.

There are 3 different color modes. You can explore which of them you like best by clicking the “Alternate Colors” button. You can also make the pile bigger or smaller.
